EGGSTRAVAGANZA

The Arthurs Seat Maze Giant Easter Egg Hunt is on Saturday, and rumour has it the Easter Bunny will visit the maze four times, practising his hiding technique. Find your share of 30,000 chocolate eggs in the Turf Maze, then visit the sausage sizzle and animal farm. Registration opens from 9.30am for hunts at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2pm.

COMO PUPPETS

Follow a little ghost called Lily as she peels herself away from a 19th-century photograph and brings other characters to life around the grounds of Como Mansion in Stop That House. See Madame Bustle, the animated dress and her army of aprons and watch out for the evil camera Daguerre as he tries to freeze the house forever.

GOURMET KIDS

Kids can play Easter Bunny this weekend at the Gourmet Kids Easter cooking classes. Workshops include hot cross bun baking, large chocolate egg making and Easter choc treat sessions. Sessions will run on the hour from noon Saturday and 10am Sunday. Times may vary according to demand. Workshops from $20 a child. Suits ages two to 15. Toddlers to be accompanied by an adult. Aprons and chefs hats provided.

BANANAS IN PYJAMAS

For your favourite fairytales performed by some famous fruit, head to the Frankston Arts Centre for the Bananas in Pyjamas' new show for 2004, It's Singing Time. The Bananas have just wowed audiences in Britain and are returning to Australia. Sing along with Lulu, Morgan, Amy, Rat-in-a-Hat and, of course, B1 and B2.
